The VRA Partner Program · Valoram founding terms

July 30, 2026 · prepared for Jonas + Alvin Ubaldo

Built on the structure you outlined: ad dollars from your account with our team at the wheel, a base that gives you access, and pay-on-delivery markers at every stage of the funnel, so you can see exactly where every dollar goes and exactly where anything breaks.

The base gives you access. The show fee marks delivery you can verify. The close marker means we fully win only when you do.

The three layers

$1,500/mo
program base
Pre-set ladder, in writing from day one: $1,500 under $350/day of spend, $2,500 from $350-500/day, $4,000 above. It steps with spend automatically, so scaling never reopens a negotiation.
$150
per verified held first appointment
Billed only on appointments that actually happen, verified against the ledger. Off-calendar setter conversations are free. Second and later meetings are never billed.
$500
per closed client
A flat marker at signed + submitted, so nothing waits on carrier timing. Doubles to $1,000 total when a client's combined commission crosses $25k across all products. Never more than $1,000 per client, credited back if a case does not issue.
  • Runs in your ad account, on your card, under Valoram Solutions branding, with our team managing end to end. Real-time cost visibility, down to the cent.
  • The base covers everything: Meta management, the Valoram-branded funnel + VSL + landing pages, creative production and refresh, lead delivery into your GHL, the verified-show ledger, the bookings board, and weekly reporting.
  • Billing that matches your cash flow: base on the 1st; delivery fees every two weeks in arrears. You pay for shows after they happened.
  • Founding rates, reserved for Valoram core. Downline and external lanes run at published rates, which is exactly the margin you keep when you roll this out to others.

The engine, per $1,000 of ad spend (measured, not projected)

$1,000
ad spend
~45
leads at ~$22 CPL
~19
book a first call (42%)
~10
held first calls (with Jeremy, 56% show)
~1
closed client (1 in 10 held firsts)
~$11k
commission ($225k case at your 5% blend)

Every rate above is measured from the last flight and your own lead-by-lead reconciliation, not assumed. The close step is your chain: 10 held firsts, 7 second bookings, 4-5 held, 1-2 closed.

Your return at a full 5-agent pod ($500/day), by close rate

0x 2x 4x 6x 3:1 4:1 target 3.6x 4.4x 6.2x 1 in 10 close today's funnel · ~$171k/mo commission 13% your stated KPI · ~$223k/mo 1 in 5 Alvin's bar · ~$342k/mo

Return = gross commission divided by everything you spend (ad spend + all program fees). Note the shape: the funnel clears your 3:1 floor at today's measured close rate, passes your 4:1 target at the KPI you already set, and the program only gets cheaper per dollar as spend scales, because the base amortizes and every other fee is pay-on-delivery. Close rate is the lever, and the recap videos, coaching loop, and call intelligence we run are all pointed at it.

Both rows at today's measured rates and a $225k average case at 5% blended comp. Every improvement from here (show rate, close rate, case size) moves your side of the table faster than ours: that is the point of the structure.
